Every time I go in, I am always greeted with a smile and friendliness. Steve Nietzel is great at what he does. He has wonderful knowledge and makea you feel like part of the family.

Salesman really knew his stuff about the vehicle. Finance person not sure of his name was a bit pushy but we got through it. Vehicle was clean but took a little longer than expected to get everything done and able to drive vehicle away

I pulled into the parking lot about 20 minutes prior to closing, with the intention of just looking. I did not have any specific type of vehicle in mind that I had wanted to purchase, just looking to see what was on the market. As soon as I arrived this pear colored enclave caught my eye, it was absolutely gorgeous! Bill graciously meet my fiance and I out by the car, more than willing to stay over past closing to allow us a test drive. Well needless to say I fell in love with it. Bill and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. They all stayed over chatting with us while all the paperwork was being taken care of, which did not take too long, not what you would expect, short and sweet!

Bought a 2018 Wrangler this past week. Bill was super patient with us when we weren't 100% sure what we wanted, and was great to talk to. He went above and beyond!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went there to find a jeep and I bought a 2018 renegade. I was only there for 3 hours from the time I got there until I was driving off in my new car.

First off, the dealership was very clean and welcoming. They have ammentities out the wazoo from free coffee to a childrens rooom for the kiddos. Having been to many dealerships looking for the perfect vehicle, BIG takes the cake. Our salesman was Ben Flohr. He was great. He was helpful and was right on the spot with everything to keep the sale moving. Great beard too. Overall, our experience was fantastic. I will be recommending all of my friends to Ben at BIG dodge.

He was able to answer all my questions about the car and he show me all the features. He worked very hard to make sure I left happy and with the car I really wanted and loved.
