Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had
I came in with exactly what I wanted in mind. Even though they didn't have it in stock, they looked around and found that pretty much the exact same Wrangler I wanted was already on order. In fact, was just getting loaded on the truck down in Toledo at the plant. They worked with me on my trade in and got the numbers in order within about 90 minutes. Shook hands and I waited until the vehicle was delivered. Went in to finish the paperwork 2 days later. Hands down the fastest and easiest deal I've ever made from either side of the table. It helps knowing what you want and where you stand financially, of course. It also helps to have people who are eager to take care of you in a timely fashion. No one wants to be at a car dealership longer than they have to on a Friday night. It also helps having a friendly salesman who is good at what he does like Bill. I'll be sending anyone wanting a Jeep your way!

My best experience buying a new car
I had a complicated situation trading in a recently purchased vehicle for something much bigger. Bill was able to help me find rebates that would offset the negative equity from trade in vehicle. He wasn’t pushy on anything and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove 10/10 would definately buy from him again

BENT PUSH RODS AND VALVES 3,000 MILES
FIRST OF ALL WAS UP HERE FOR A FISHING TRIP AND TO SEE MY FRIEND IN THE HOSPITAL THAT PASSED WHEN I WAS GOING TO SEE HIM WHEN MY TIMING CHAIN BROKE IN MY CHALLENGER...SO WHEN IT BLEW IT BENT VALVES,,TOOK THEM A WEEK TO CHANGE CHAIN AND ALOMOST TWO MONTHS FOR HEADS,,NEEDLESS TO SAY THE TIMING MARKS WERE OFF AND MY CAR WAS RUNNING HOT 230 DEGREES I WAS UP HERE FROM FLA,,SINCE THEN SOLD HOUSE MOVED BACK AND WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH CAR,,,TOOK IT APART AND FOUND A MAC TOOLS SCREW DRIVER, IN BETWEEN INTAKE AND LIFTER VALLEY,TIMING MARKS OFF THREE TEETH ON TOP AND ONE ON BOTTOM!!!! AND ALSO IT BENT PUSHRODS AND VALVES,,REPLACED HEADS AND MADE TIMING MARKS RIGHT,,CAR HAS SAT 6MONTHS BROKE DOWN WITH PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE AND IS NOW SITTING AT KIESER AUTO IN LAPORTE INDIANA WITH A 2,000 BILL ON IT!!!,,,,SO WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS MATTER TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! HAVE CALLED DODGE MANY TIMES,,AND ALSO SOMEONE LOST A HEAD WHEN CAR WAS AT YOUR DEALER SHIP AND COST ME 2,000 DOLLARS BEING STUCK UP HERE!!!!!! AND NOW CAR BROKE AGAIN AND COST ME!!!! IN ALL MY YEARS IN THE AUTO TRADE I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!!AND TOLD OIL PAN WAS TAKEN OFF AND CLEANED IT WAS NOT AND ALSO MY AUTOLITE PLUGS THAT WAS 7.99 EACH WAS REPLACED WITH NGK PLUGS!!!! WAS TOLD MY AUTOLITES WAS PUT BACK IN,,AND ALSO MY OIL DIPSTICK TUBE WAS NOT BOLTED IN CORRECT HELD BY ZIP TIES!!! WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN IT WENT IN TO YOU GUYS!!!!!SO WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS??? CAR IS AT KIESER AUTO IN LAPORTE,,,,,
