Customer service and satisfaction
The people. Mike Morales knew what we wanted and he made that happen. This is our second purchase with Mike and future purchases will be with Mike! During our visits, we were made to feel like family. Tim in finance explained the steps with detail. We requested Tim. Grant also explained the set up of the Highlander and answered any questions prior to us leaving. Additionally, he encouraged us to call if there were further questions.

Great service
The service is unlike anything I saw before coming to Hiland, continuing through three cars I have purchased at the dealership. It is great. A small thing—the hot chocolate in the waiting room is the best I have had anywhere!
