Salesperson was nice, and the car was as advertised. Finance presentation was too long. In pushing for insurance sales and plans he pretty much trashed talked the car by warning of future problems.

Great service
The online search was very easy to use. I was able to locate the used car I was looking for. Troy Knapp reached out to me, answered all of my questions and made the trip to your dealership very easy. The car was inside for viewing, I was offered a test drive without hassle of providing my life history. I had filled out the on line credit information, I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. Thank you!

Thank you for good service
Quick, friendly and capable service. Thank you for the courtesy car. Although it was so low to the ground I needed shoe horn to get in and out. I’m 81 years old , plus 200 pounds and 5’8” tall.

Repair Vehicle
They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. The person I dealt with was very pleasant and I didn't have a rental on my insurance so Toyota gave me a loaner which I really appreciated so I could get to all my doctor appointments, etc.

Friendly service always
Oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner. I would recommend Hyland Toyota for its service. They do a fine job on a consistent basis.

Service Department makes it easy
Service was quick and courteous. I was early for my appointment but they got it right in. I sat in the showroom while waiting for them to do their checks and refills.
