We needed a new family vehicle badly and Danny helped us

We needed a new family vehicle badly and Danny helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We live in CT but couldn't find any available certified preowned CX-90s anywhere in state. Luckily they had one that perfectly matched our needs at a great price and Danny personally recorded and sent us a detailed video overview of the vehicle the day we inquired about it. Once the sale was final we found out CT requires an emissions test done in state before registration can be completed. Danny drove the car an hour each way here and back just to get it done for us. He also helped us get a small cosmetic repair done that we did not notice until we drove the car home at no extra charge!

When searching for the model in the trim level and color

When searching for the model in the trim level and color we wanted Wellesley Mazda quickly confirmed its availability without any misleading bait & switch promises. Finalizing the purchase with our salesman Henry Diep was pleasant and easy. We negotiated our expectations via email so there were no surprises or add-ons at the last minute. Henry Diep explained the optional extended warranties without coercion or pressure tactics. He explained the vehicle’s every feature and benefit during the test drive. Henry Diep informed us fully of the car’s capabilities and performance benefits. The dealership environment was friendly and inviting with no intimidation or pushy sales tactics. I would highly recommend friends and family to Wellesley Mazda. We had a 5-Star experience! Kudos to Henry Diep for his first class customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience with these sleaze bags.

Absolutely horrible experience with these sleaze bags. They sold me a lemon that has been in their service center and sent around to other shops for over 2 months now! It’s been brought in multiple times. You’d think they would try to help a customer who spent money there and try to ease my frustration as much as possible. NOPE! They basically told me tough luck and if I want to do something about it, go through the state. They did absolutely nothing and treated me poorly with pretty bad attitudes as well. NEVER buying from Mazda Wellesley again. Oh and the sales managers that “helped” me names are Darren and Alex. God only knows how they got the title of manager.
