Dealership doesn't care about customers.

Dealership doesn't care about customers. Fact, Hoover hit our vehicle backing up while in another customers vehicle. Dealership doesn't want to "make it right" and told us to take it up with insurance. But refused to give proper insurance info. Called and waited almost 3 weeks before anyone even contacted me back even though calling and leaving messages on the voice-mail. Owner/Operator Mr. Mitchell Bone does not care and refuses to acknowledge or contact us. Horrible experience with all involved at dealership except receptionist and sales lady.

Do not buy an electric car or any other car from this

Do not buy an electric car or any other car from this dealership. They know next to nothing about their EVs. Nearly 10 different sales people and their techs had no idea how to use their EV charger for customer use in the parking lot. Getting ahold of anyone at the dealership takes many phone calls and phone tag. Only redeeming part of this dealership was Mike in the finance department. He was friendly and helpful.

I’ve made multiple attempts to reach Al the sales manager. Left a message on Monday the 13th of this month and have not heard anything back yet. Hammers home my point of horrible communication from your dealership.

Always used Wilson Co morning.

Always used Wilson Co morning. Last oil change they didn't tighten oil filter leaked oil every where carried it back yesterday for another oil and tire rotation got it home all tires down to 25 lbs of air pressure and 1 valve stem leaking very upset over all this been dealing with them since 2007

My check engine light came on November 1st, 2021, took my...

My check engine light came on November 1st, 2021, took my car to the only place that I trusted, which is Wilson Co. Motors. They installed a SL-N-Cover and R&R Valve Cover. Check engine light came back on November 30th, 2021, took my car back to Wilson Co. Motors, this time they said I needed a SL-N-Valve, R&R Purge Valve. My check engine light came back on in late December. Wilson Co. Motors could not get my car in for at least a week. I was able to get an appointment with a different company. It was actually needing an Intake Manifold and a PCV Pipe that had been duct tape from the service dept at Wilson Co. Motors. I contacted the owner of Wilson Co. Motors, who requested that I email a picture of the part and he would look into it and get back to me. I emailed the picture and a few days later the shop foreman contacted me and said that the service tech had duct taped the part to save me money. I received a check in the yesterday for $120.98. I was not looking to save money; I was looking to have my car fixed right. I spent $1,559.32 within two months because of duct tape! I have lost my trust in the service dept at the dealership.

Called Wilson County Motors last week and set up an appointment to get the radio in my truck worked on. It has been going crazy for 3 to 4 months now, changing channels on it own and flipping my dash speedometer around. I was also getting my oil changed. They set me up an appointment and told me that we've had this issue several times on similar vehicles and could get me in and out in an hour or so on my appointment date. I said great lets set it up. Fast forward to the day of appointment. I take off work early drive 30 minutes to Wilson County Motors. Turn my truck over to them, set for an hour in the waiting room looking at my truck still sitting in the drop off bay. Finally someone comes to see me and and asked what is it we can help you with today. I said I had an appointment an hour ago to get the radio worked on and my oil changed. They said well our technicians can't get to your radio today but we can still change your oil. At this time I'm pissed because I was instructed over the phone that this would be fixed today. I had taken off work drove to Lebanon and set for an hour already. Well I tell them to go ahead and change the oil and I will set another appointment for the radio. They Finally take my truck to the back parking lot. I sit back down and wait for the oil change. I set another hour getting madder and madder, looking at my truck setting in the back parking lot. I finally tell them to return my truck to me and I will take my business elsewhere. Wilson County Chevrolet is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am now setting at Valvoline getting my oil changed in 15 minutes.

Brandon made the whole car buying experience so easy. He knew what I wanted and worked to find the perfect vehicle for me. There wasn’t a question he could not answer and was very professional. I especially have to brag on the kids area at the dealership. My son had so much fun and that alone made the process easier. My finance officer Mike was friendly and explained everything very well and I truly have to say this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Wilson County Motors for your next vehicle snd definitely ask for Brandon.

We bought the truck and he was the sales man and we have a problem I coll him he have a bad attitude dealing with people he doesn't even nice when we went to buy the truck for $46000 No advice working with him

If you can't be trusted with the small things!!

I bought a 2017 yukon. It had "CAL" on dash. No compass as it should have had. Service manager told me it didn't have GPS. Long story short, GPS and on star would not work. They didn't even try to fix it. Made me feel stupid. Got it fixed now but sure not by them. They lie and say whatever to make themselves look good.
