I was happy with everything except that, after picking up

I was happy with everything except that, after picking up my car, my cruise control no longer worked. It worked when I dropped it off.

Treated very well by Steve Griggs, service advisor. Was very comfortable waiting. Car was washed which is appreciated. Only issue was that oil change took longer than expected. I know that you get the service diagnosis as a courtesy to insure your car runs safe. Was told the service department was overloaded with oil change appointments, I was given a 25.00 for the oil change and the extra waiting time . Will recommend and use then again n.

Steve Griggs in Service was absolutely AWESOME.

Steve Griggs in Service was absolutely AWESOME. I limped in to your dealership with my Mini?s battery jump started and desperately needed a new battery. I hadn?t made an appointment because I wasn?t sure if my battery would be able to be jumpstarted. Steve Griggs fit me into your very busy schedule while I waited. He was so friendly and polite. With Service like Steve?s I would buy a BMW. I give Steve Griggs a 10+!!

I worked with Casey Pride. Casey is an excellent service agent and I was quite pleased with every she did. She is not only very knowledgeable but was friendly and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. I would be happy to work with her again if and when my car needs servicing.

The service advisor was so nice and explained everything

The service advisor was so nice and explained everything to me. He took the time to help me with some entries on my car. Work was done really quickly, Steve Griggs was my service advisor and he went out of his way to be helpful.

Hilton Head BMW was able to help me get new tires the day we were supposed to leave to go home after getting a nail in my tire at 4:00 on July 3rd.
