Our first day walking into the showroom, we were not met by anyone at first, unit a tall young man approached us and offered to help us. His name was Romi Kurti. He was very polite and told us that he would talk with us while we waited for another client advisor to take over. We were happy about that and we sat and talked to Romi for about an hour. We found out he was new at his job and were amazed at all that he knew. We told Romi as time went on that we needed to get busy and make our sale so we could get on with our day. He jumped and said “let me check on that for you”. A few minutes later he came back to tell us he was going to help us with the sale of our new BMW. We were delighted! During the process he met with a Manager who gave him some guidance. Romi did a fine job printing out paperwork which we signed. Our new car was to be delivered at the Performance Center on completion of its build, and we would go to Greer, SC to pick it up when called. When we needed anything, Romi stepped up to the plate to help us, including any questions we had after we left. Though he was new at his job, he handled everything expertly and professionally.

I was pleased with the service provided except that, when I picked my car up, the cruise control no longer worked…it was working when I dropped it off.

Fast friendly service. Had me in and out right away. I had a flat during the night. My car was as towed here. They called me first thing in the morning. After the repair they sent an uber to pick me up. Very impressed!
