AWESOME Service!
We took our Impreza in last Friday for a Brake replacement and to have our foglight cover replaced. We had gotten into a minor fender bender a few months ago and so our front end was popping off on the passenger side. Without any request or acknowledgement (or charge for that matter), the service department fixed it enough to make it look a bit more aesthetically appealing. I have since driven it on the highway for the past 4 days and the front end is holding true. Saving for a wedding is rough and the front end was going to cost us well over $800, so the Berman Boys really came through. Service means everything to me. Despite not buying my car from them, should I get a Subaru in the future, I know exactly where I'm going!

bait and switch
The review - 'classic bait and switch' - I wish I had read that before buying my Forester at Mid City. I was promised 3 years of Sirius xm radio - worth over $600 - and was provided a 4 month trial. When I followed up with Mid City to see what they could do, they said they couldn't do anything. What a sham. Do not buy a vehicle there.

Classic bait and switch. A monument to mismanagement.
I would strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere. The financing person attempted to jack up the financing rate. Then the manager take away things that they offered it was terrible experience.Manager was rude beyond compare.

Not the same as 3 years ago
Last weekend was the straw that broke the back. I had a great buying experience with this dealer 3 years ago on a Legacy. I started discussing trading it in on a Forester back in Nov. and every time I called or visited ...there was a new person to talk to. First appointment had the saleperson out sick and we were assigned to someone else....upon arrival...they knew nothing and the car we were trying to test drive was not there...as promised. Second attempt was an exchange by email with their "specialized internet" sales team. Dates were set to test drive, etc. Suddenly all communications stopped. Efforts to confirm go unanswered. It snowed and I did not pursue. My third and final attempt was Saturday, May 14th...stopped in and walked the floor for 20 minutes....not one single person said hello, may we help you, anything we can do for you....as I was leaving I did get asked "how is it going today"...I responded 'NOT GOOD"... Sales folks were standing around talking and laughing and maybe three customers were being tended to. The best part about this dealer right now is their service department...they have always been very good to work with but one thing is clear...i will be buying a Forester from another dealer.

Excellent service
I walked in the dealership, went to Will Mojica, sales consultant, I inquired about the Subaru Forester and he showed me around, explained everything. It was very easy for me to decide right away that i want the Forester. i came back few days after and got my car right away. Excellent customer service and great dealership Mid City Subaru.
