To long to write, disappointing on how my situation is going. Tired of being bounced around from person to person, being told that “ someone will call “ no one does. Now I need to call my BR attorney for guidance and he recommended them.

Ryan @Ash Auto was tremendously helpful resourceful and efficient! If I could give more than 5🌟 I would!He made this auto experience so easy. I would & have recommended him to all my family and friends! You'll be pleasantly surprised if you're in the middle of if you should buy online! Go for it! It's worth it!

I haven't officially purchased a vehicle yet through Ash Group but what I can say about them they do work diligently to get you approved even if thats staying up late. Keith and Yvonne are awesome

I had just filed bankruptcy a year ago well my lawyer gave me this place to look at that work with people just getting done with bankruptcy well this was the worse mistake ever , since day one car was delivered I had instant issues looked nothing like on the pics inside nasty holes everything just terrible I’m paying 22 grand over for a car that has over 80k miles I used to get brand new cars for that smh now I’m having even more issues transmission is slipping there’s so many issues and in paying a arm and leg and there no help nothing they will do to help you it’s sad how this world is becoming greedy ppl who just want money and don’t care about customers it’s sad now I’m stuck in a broke down car I hate ! Big lesson learned

We worked with Keith from Ash Auto Group and he never gave up on finding us a lender, the right vehicle in our circumstance. He truly cared about our family and continues to provide the best customer service ever. We truly appreciate Keith, Ray, the dealership on showing that we’re not just the “customer” but cared about like family.

Added on too many things and wouldn’t replace my windshield as Ray promised! Stay clear if you can! It’s all about money!!!

Instead of fixing issues, they kept passing me off to someone else. What one person said they would do, the next said they wouldn’t. Car had several issues, and they admitted the issues should’ve been found by their service techs but didn’t. Still wouldn’t right their wrong though.

All I can say is they were true to the word, easy no hassle, financing, and paperwork. Maybe other dealerships should follow their lead to all of the staff. I have no words except for extreme great gratitude for your hard work and this is why you have the ratings that you have you guys rock.

I’m so happy with my car all the way in Omaha Nebraska only problem is my whelk bearings are bad but I’m so happy this process was quick easy and worth it thanks Keith
