Brian came out to my house for a mobile repair.

Brian came out to my house for a mobile repair....minor recall. He was a great ambassador for the dealer. He was very nice and explained how they can do all sorts of mobile repairs....oil changes, and more right at the house.

Don't go to the "body shop"

2022 Ford Explorer sitting on Butman lot from rear end collision for over 2 MONTHS! Body shop manager full of excuses as to why the vehicle still sits there, even though the vehicle is now showing rust from sitting so long, the important thing is I still make the monthly payments. It has always been my experience when dealing with a weak link in a company department (body shop), that the upper management is satisfied with minimal efforts in their employees, employees receive low wages owners keep making money. They need to fire the entire body shop and start again, 25 is far too young and immature to run such an operation unsupervised.

Everyone will have a story of a time when an auto service

Everyone will have a story of a time when an auto service center didn’t do a job quite right, or one in which the final cost was higher than expected. It is a very rare situation where a service center will do a simple job so wrong in such an obvious way (and try to gaslight a customer) that they soon recognize that they have to make an immediate effort to fix their mistake. This is what happened to me, a 12+ year customer. A simple replacement of a pair of tires resulted in a broken TPSM, such that the auto had an immediate “DO NOT DRIVE” warning. The service guys did not call me about this when I was told to come in to get the vehicle, nor was it on the paperwork. They admitted they “noticed the warning” and had the audacity to suggest “maybe it was like that before you dropped it off”… please note this was NOT something they called me about before replacing the tires; because it WASN’T broken. It’s one thing to ask me to muster sympathy for a flustered tech who breaks a TPSM, but it is completely shady to damage a vehicle as part of service and simply hope that a customer isn’t going to notice. Could this be why they didn’t call me for pickup until after “everyone in the shop has gone home for the day”? I suspect the service center knew how bad this looked, because it took less than 5 minutes for a service manager to appear and agree to replace the broken TPSM. Now I have to hope that the there is no other damage that was not immediately obvious. I cannot imagine why a service center would choose to be so obviously deceitful. I’ve tolerated some sloppy work from them in the last five years, ranging from lost (i.e. not-replaced) battery covers, missing valve stem covers, cars being left unlocked in their lot, all the way to more serious issues like loose oil filters that leak and missed/ignored diagnostic codes. Sloppy work is enough to damage a reputation, what I experienced has earned them a very bad reputation.

Awesome service department.

Awesome service department. I've gotten to interact with nearly all of the agents. They're pretty consistent. Prompt, courteous, cost sensitive and friendly...they actually knew my name upon arrival for appointment. Highly recommended.
