Werner Mazda

After my appointment I discovered a large gouge out of my paint of my rear passenger door. I know this was not there before my appointment because I did a walk around prior to the appointment and my car is only a few months old so I know all the marks on the exterior. It also now pulls slightly to the left when driving which it didn’t do before. I was very angry and disappointed in my experience.
