Coming from out-of-state I found dealing with the dealership, salesman Ryan and sales manager Nicholas mostly over text prior to arrival an exceptional experience. I found the purchasing process easy, fair and transparent.

I have leased 4 cars from Werner Mazda...I think that says something in itself. Cameron has been the Salesperson I have worked with for my last 3 cars. He is very professional and I feel I get treated fairly. The Service department is also great and I never feel any pressure to do any of their recommendations. You also get a video of what tech sees and is doing.

Russ and Laurie are always fantastic. Mazda has a great team. I’m very upset about tha Mazda app. I feel like I was scammed by the 3 year trial. I think it’s a shady practice to Nickel and dime a loyal customer. I purchased a premium plus package and now I have to subscribe! Terrible The local Mazda team at Werner’s is always friendly and accommodating.
