Shannon was above and beyond. I wasn’t exactly kind when I found out the amount and she handled me like a pro. Irate customers are so difficult and she was amazing. So much so I called her manager to say thank you for the professionalism and kindness. This is why I return to Werner for every service and purchase. Even every oil change.
