I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Dylan Gallagher at Werner Mazda. After a software update caused an unexpected issue with the “My Mazda App” Dylan went above and beyond to help find a resolution. Not only did he ensure everything was handled smoothly, but he also took the extra step of delivering a loaner vehicle to my workplace, making the entire process so much more convenient. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for customers truly sets him apart. I highly recommend Dylan and the team at Werner Mazda!

I took my 2024 Mazda CX-5 into Werner Mazda for my first service on it since I picked it up new at the Best Dealership. That I have ever dealt with the workers make you feel like Family or Best Friends. And for Lorri this girl is awesome with what she does for the service customers. Very satisfactory service appointment.

This was an easy buying experience.

This was an easy buying experience. They let me choose whatever car I wanted with no pressure. The price I paid was very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. I drove from Maine to buy a car here because no one could even come close to their prices.

Your service manager is extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Huffed on the phone and couldn’t be bothered to listen to our concerns- which were not all addressed. Worst customer service we’ve ever had at a dealership.

This was my first car buying experience and because of things that I had seen online I was very cautious of getting taken advantage of. But my experience with Rob could not have been better, he was very reassuring throughout the whole process and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I will definitely be buying my next car from Rob!
