Russ was over the top this time. Not only did he arrange for to me to have a loaner car, but he informed that my repair would be no charge! I was beyond shocked. The back (trunk) door wouldn't open at all and it was discovered that the module needed a hard restart! While my car was there I bought a new battery. The battery installation took about 10 minutes. I have always been treated fairly at Werner.
