Werner Mazda

Honestly, I didn't want a mazda. My wife has a mazda and I didn't want "his and hers" cars. I was set against it. I went in to appease her and test drove a used one on the lot. The difference in the dealership was incredible - I had been to toyota, subaru, volkswagen, kia/hyundai... a couple other places. Mazda was the only dealership where I didn't get the slimy feeling from the sales people. They were normal, they talked straight. Now, after having the car for a bit, I've tried out their service department and... just like sales, they're great. They don't "find new things" that I didn't expect, they don't overcharge.... they're just straight up good. I have no reason to take this anywhere else at this point.

This was our fourth CX-5 lease through Werner. The last three with Michael Heintz. He has always a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining new features and setting up our phones. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a stress free experience. Mike Lewis was very helpful and even found an extra rebate option that lowered our payment. We always know that we will be treated right at Werner.

Wrong salesman at the start, I was helped by Rob Herring. Overall great experience. He helped me find the right model and trim for me and was patient with all my questions. Would recommend.

We enjoyed working with Rob on the purchase of our CX-5. There were no high pressure sales tactics and he was particularly well informed on the various features of Mazdas. The whole sales process was smooth and quick. We would definitely recommend working with Rob.

I really like Werner Mazda. I bought my car at Werner and have my car serviced there as well. This is the first car that I have owned that I always bring to the dealer. Their staff is great; their prices are good and their service area is welcoming. I like them so much that upon my recommendation, my daughter bought her car from Werner and has it serviced there. This is a dealership like no other dealer that I have dealt with in the past I guess I am a real fan of Werner Mazda.
