Lori was great with helping me and keeping me updated about my car while being serviced and had a very positive customer service experience. One thing I was a bit frustrated about that I was not provided a wheel lock when purchasing my car, and when asking the dealership about it, I was met with a rude response. Not having the wheel lock closed all of my options getting my tire fixed for a lot cheaper, and places a lot closer to me. The puncture in my tire was not found the first time, and I had to drive back up to get it checked out again. I was also a bit shocked with the amount I was charged for a patch being that it was not found the first time, and the tire is only a year old. I will most likely not come back to get my car serviced, but would come back to purchase another car in the future.

I brought my vehicle to Werner to have an oil change, the staff was kind and courteous, the vehicle was completed promptly and was washed, I will definitely be using Werner in the future, keep up the good work!

I just purchased my Mazda CX70 and they installed a OEM trailer hitch. All went well and I received my vehicle back clean and ready to go.

Very relaxed and low stress experience. I was simply trying to determine what was possible with my two year old trade, though I was specifically interested in a CX-5. Brian C. (the salesperson) was very knowledgeable and professional but low key, with no pressure. He was able to help me find exactly the trim level and color I wanted while enabling attractive manufacturer’s financing. I felt the pricing was fair for both the new car and my trade, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous. I have no regrets, nor buyers remorse and look forward to meeting the Service department for my future maintenance needs.
