Silverado 1500 LTZ

I tried to purchase a new 2017 truck. The salesman and manager tried to give me a very low trade in price for my Chrysler 300C that was fully loaded and in excellent condition. A $4000 below NADA and Black book value listed on their very own website. The had not even seen my car yet and tried to rip me off. I went to King Coal Chevrolet and got full asking price and traded for an even better truck. I will not deal with salesman that lie to custemers and tried to tell me that the employee discounts were less than what they bought the truck from the manufacturer. Just a bunch of BS!

Treated badly

Been having problems with vehicle since only 2 months out of warranty. General Motors would not back their vehicle. Got letter "worded" like recall, thought GMC may be finally backing their product. Recall letter was a scam, just a solicitation for this business. Crossroads did not fix my vehicle but quickly assessed a 100 dollar "diagnostic fee" just to hook up a snan tool. Advanced Auto will do this for free. This Sealership just like all the others. If your buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go up the road a few miles to Hometown Kia and get yourself a good car with a 10 year and 100 thousand mile warranty. I am embarrassed for America.
