Came in for a recall, when I picked my car up the

Came in for a recall, when I picked my car up the recalled part was not installed properly (brake switch). My brake pedal was sticking so the car was not accelerate properly and when I got home my brake lights would not turn off - which I found out after hours of being home. I had to have someone else fix the new issue after not getting a call back that evening since the car may have died by morning. Got a call the next day but will not be returning.

I got a diagnostic for over 200 dollars.

I got a diagnostic for over 200 dollars. I was told a $900 service might help. But it might not help. A new engine for $1600 is the only sure thing. A day later my engine light was off. The reason I went there in the first place.

Fabricated service that was unnecessary 😒 and the tech

Fabricated service that was unnecessary 😒 and the tech lied about why the service was needed. He said my vehicle had been tampered with which is absurd and an outright LIE. My vehicle has ONLY been serviced at ONE dealership, Serra Nissan in CENTERPOINT, AL. This cost me hundreds of dollars and was based in a made up lie.

I came to get my car checked out they drove the car

I came to get my car checked out they drove the car around the block said I needed some work done on the car the service department charged me 206.00 that was to much it was there job to me know I had to pay a fee over price the service department didn’t do anything for me to have to pay that much service fee I will not be back to Serra nissian to purchase any more cars
