Needed a repair on a very short notice.

Needed a repair on a very short notice. Avelino, my service advisor, provided me instantly with a same day appointment , including an exceptional , positive attitude ! The minor repair was done right away, and he even test drove the vehicle along with me and let his lunch go cold! I felt bad but he insisted on me not waiting despite me telling him it was fine. Every time contact him he is going above and beyond - and I know him since he started withEH. To me he is the one who makes all the difference along with Bruce when it comes to servicing my car. By the way - the techs have a similar attitude when talking to me.

Gabriel was able to get my dash warnings & codes sorted

Gabriel was able to get my dash warnings & codes sorted out & found that my 1 year old battery would not recharge properly & was able to replace the battery with a new battery, which solved all of my warnings & code problems. The battery was still under warranty, so there was no charge to me. All work was complete the same day & I was able to pickup my SL500 early the following morning. Thanks for the prompt attention! Mac

Roy has been wonderful to work with.

Roy has been wonderful to work with. He has shown me how to perform all the functions, and is patient and understanding about how hard all this is for me. I highly recommend Ed Hicks and Roy Tovar.
