I bought a 2019 C300 with 33000mi it now has 48000mi it

I bought a 2019 C300 with 33000mi it now has 48000mi it started running rough I took it in to Ed Hicks service turned out it needed a new cylinder #4 they had it ready in 4 business days. I was impressed. But not impressed with Mercedes Benz USA executive referral manager. I requested support from Mercedes Goodwill and was first accepted for covering half the cost I was impressed. But the referral manager called the next day and refused it citing that the oil changes I had gotten were not done at a dealership no chance. I did use manufacturing recommendations for oil and intervals. This was not a one off issue there have been other vehicles with the same issue. Obviously that man doesn't stand behind their product shame the famous company is now tarnished.

I reached out to Ed Hicks concerning a specific car on the lot. Salesman, Marc B. did a great job explaining the details of the application process. He presented it to the finance manager and he quickly came up with a finance plan after I explained my price point. This is my third car to purchase from Ed Hicks. I highly recommend this dealership.

Mercedes was wonderful to work with.

Mercedes was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable and patient and worked to find something that fit my budget and my needs. She took the stress out of the paperwork as well. I highly recommend her as your go-to sales person.
