BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A HYBRID CAR,THE DEALERSHIP TELLS YOU ABOUT REBATES ON YOUR INCOME TAXES WHEN YOU BUY ONE OF THESE CARS.THAT IS WHAT MADE ME BUY THIS CAR.BUT IT'S NOT TRUE, IN ORDER TO CLAIM IT ON YOUR TAXES YOU NEED TO HAVE TAXABLE INCOME. AND WHEN YOU ARE RETIRED AND GET SOCIAL SECURITY, THAT IS NOT TAXABLE INCOME.SO THAT MAKES YOU NOT ABLE TO CLAIM THOSE REBATES. SO I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR NOTHING. DON'T LET THIS HAPPENED TO YOU. I WISH I NEW THIS, I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVER BOUGHT A HYBRID CAR.

I am 70 years old and never owned a Ford vehicle. Always drove Dodge Ram or Jeep. But I needed a larger and more comfortable car and the Ford Expedition Platinum Max is what I needed and I am very happy with it. Kevin Dunn was very helpful in negotiating the sale.

I've bought and leased my vehicles for years. This was the most amazing experience I've had with leasing an F-150 for pleasure and business use. Formula Ford exceeded my expectations on the process of finding the right vehicle for me. It was the attention to detail, communication and the relaxing atmosphere of negotiating a comfortable monthly payment. When my wife needs a new vehicle; we will be back to Formula Ford for the second vehicle.

Warning! Warning! Warning if you are called by this dealership like I was ,they wanted my 2013 , hang up the phone do not go to this Dealership.!!! This place gives car sales people a bad reputation in Rating this place I would say triple zero Jen and her manager were the rudest I have ever been encounter with make sure you don’t get into a personal conversation with Jen and you don’t have a special needs child she’s very rude things that Don’t pertain to selling a car Was the topic of her conversation.I have read some of the other unhappy customers and I have to say read those before you go there I have since been in contact with the dealership in Cuttingsville what a difference and I would recommend if you want a Ford go to Cuttingsville very professional very nice and seem to be quite honest no games. I unfortunately didn’t run fast enough I am hooked into this vehicle and I have to say I wish I had done the back work of reading about how unhappy some of these people were I would’ve probablyGone somewhere else.🙁

This was Julie and my first time working with this dealership and first time buying a Lincoln. Our sales rep Luke Pitrich did an outstanding job working with us to purchase a 2015 Lincoln MKZ and answered all of our questions pertaining to this car and about the operation of the options that it had. Rob in the finance department was excellent. He made the financing portion of this purchase the simplest I have ever encountered in any dealership. I would definitely recommend these guy's to anybody and will be back . Thank you!
