THIS DEALERSHIP LIED TO ME ABOUT A VAN THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM IT'S THE WORSE CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED AND NOW I AM STUCK WITH THIS CAR FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS. WHAT A JOKE THIS DEALERSHIP IS? LET'S SEE WHAT THE VT STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL DOES?

BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A HYBRID CAR,THE DEALERSHIP TELLS YOU ABOUT REBATES ON YOUR INCOME TAXES WHEN YOU BUY ONE OF THESE CARS.THAT IS WHAT MADE ME BUY THIS CAR.BUT IT'S NOT TRUE, IN ORDER TO CLAIM IT ON YOUR TAXES YOU NEED TO HAVE TAXABLE INCOME. AND WHEN YOU ARE RETIRED AND GET SOCIAL SECURITY, THAT IS NOT TAXABLE INCOME.SO THAT MAKES YOU NOT ABLE TO CLAIM THOSE REBATES. SO I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR NOTHING. DON'T LET THIS HAPPENED TO YOU. I WISH I NEW THIS, I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVER BOUGHT A HYBRID CAR.

Purchased an F-150 from Mike, Tyler, Luke, and Adam at Formula Ford. Couldn't be happier with the truck and purchase process, extremely professional group to do business with. I'm an out of state buyer so ease of transaction was very important to me. I arrived, the truck was freshly detailed, we signed a few documents, and I had a new truck, simple as that. Once again I bring my Nautilus in for service and only the back seat area was vacuumed leaving the front not having a thing done to it. If there was a lincoln dealer near me I would prefer going there where they know how to take care of their customers. They, the local politicians, say they don’t have to do things correctly because Rutland is a blue collar town. I don’t accept this.

This is my 4th F350 and have had good luck with all of them. Formula ford always takes care of our needs and are very friendly people to deal with.

For the second time, I've had dealers closer to home fail to find me the vehicle I wanted. Both times Formula Ford satisfied my needs promptly and efficiently.

Saw a Ford Escape listed on my phone. Called garage on Monday morning and gave them my information. Made an appointment to go look at car on Saturday afternoon and drove home in the Escape. Even ended up getting car insurance through an other company and saved over $800 a year thanks to John.

Went there to look at a truck and Sales man was good when it came time to value there truck they where 2000 over. Okay i thought they are going to give me a good trade in on mine. I WAS SO WRONG!!!!!! They came back with a such a lowball offer i got pissed and walked out. Doing so i left my insurance card went back to get it and the sales man said the the big boss would offer me more a little to late. they need to respect the customer there and the GUY doing the managing there needs to know more than he does.
