I took my car in for an oil change. Keaton was clear and informative in what my car needed now & at the next service. This was very helpful in knowing the costs beforehand. I know there could always be something else. I learned by asking questions & he answered. The woman that checked me out was also very kind & happy. No grumbling at this dealership. I do miss the cookies!!!

Didnt fix what they thought was needing fixed so that was 600 outta pocket just to figure out it would be 900 dollar more to fix it.

The service I had completed for my Nissan Altima on Monday 5/3/21 was NOT a good experience, I believe that I got taken advantage of and my fault for letting it happen. I'm not interested buying a new Nissan in the future.

I have always been very satisfied with Infiniti of Fort Wayne. My experiences in having my Q50 serviced have all been very positive, even enjoyable. All staff are courteous and knowledgeable and I love the waiting area magazines and refreshments. The shuttle service has been very helpful as well.

Everyone was very friendly. Being the Covid going on other than sitting and waiting. The refreshments was none. Didn't see the extra santizing being they still require the mask mandate. I have only received one coupon in 8 months from dealer.
