The staff know zero about there used vehicles and claim such. They either don’t look over there vehicles at all or they do and they are willing to hide issues or damage. Definitely not honest or transparent people to work with. Do not recommend!

The service was completed on time and correctly. The staff was professional. There is a nice waiting area if you stay during service. It is overpriced compared to other dealer service. If you are vehicle handy, I would just do the regular maintenance yourself and save money.

Wayne facility, Herby explained exactly what to do as far as where we were to leave the car and approximately how much time to expect for the service once we brought it in. All in all a very good job

I tell you what. I came in to get my vehicle after the brakes were installed and my bill was not what I was quoted. I talked to the service coordinator Keaton and explained what happened and he agreed. He adjusted my bill. I needed the repair obviously, but communication in detail is so important when you are dealing with customers. Keaton sis EXCELLENT customer service to satisfy the customer. He was professional and courteous. Even when I was not. Thank you Fort Wayne Nissan and Keaton Braun in making sure your customers are happy and taken care of.
