They made my wife and I fill comfortable and at ease while purchasing our new X5. I have purchased many cars from this dealership and...

I have purchased many cars from this dealership and continue to do business with them. It was after this last visit that they have earned my loyalty for good. I bought a new Camry 4 months ago and we were involved in a serious accident and it was totaled. I called Gino and told him about it and that I would be needing a new car. He told me to let him know when. I was told by my insurance company what I would be getting for the totaled car, and called Gino. He told me to come in the following day to talk about a car and he would make sure I had one. I walked in and was walked out with a brand new Camry, exactly like the one that I lost less than a week prior. Gino and Jim, and those working behind the scenes took very good care of us and I will always be grateful for them for making sure that I was satisfied and giving me a great deal on the new car. They really cared and it showed!!!! I will be back to them time and time again...

I HATE buying cars. I HATE walking on the lot only to have the vultures begin circling. I HATE feeling like I have to keep my guard up or risk being ripped off. None of that was true at Checkered Flag Toyota and ALL of my future car purchases will be from Michael Morales and Checkered Flag Toyota. I have family and friends who have purchased from Checkered Flag and keep going back. I've always bought from a dealership closer to home. Assuming they were all alike, I would just bite the bullet and go to the same place I had been before since at least I knew what to expect. This time, I used Checkered Flag's online service, received a call to schedule an appointment, went in and was introduce to Michael Morales, my new, new car dealer for life. Michael was great. I now have a Toyota Tacoma that is much nicer than the one I selected online, and Michael managed to get me a deal where I can see in black and white that I saved money. My friends are surprised when I tell them what I paid and hearing from them what a great deal I got makes me feel even better about my purchase. My payments are less than I expected for the lesser vehicle I initially went in for in part because Michael helped to arrange financing at a lower rate that I had been pre-approved for through my bank. I was never pressured, even for the add-ons like paint protection and the extended warranty etc that every car dealer offers. I declined all and never once did anyone try to pressure me to reconsider. Michael was friendly and took the time and showed the interest to find out what I needed a new vehicle for and what I wanted in it so that my wishes were always his primary concern. He didn't try to sell me a vehicle that wasless than what I wanted, but made sure I left with at least what I came there for. In short, I went in looking to buy a Toyota Tacoma with very few added options trying to keep my price, and my monthly payment, within a certain range. I left with a much nicer Toyota Tacoma, priced at about what the lesser one was, and with monthly payments that are less than what I went in expecting to get for the lesser Tacoma, without increasing the length of the loan at all. It was quick, easy and painless. I did save money and got a great truck. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Michael Morales and Checkered Flag Toyota.

Doug worked hard as a go between when negotiating the...

Doug worked hard as a go between when negotiating the price. He was extra accommodating in making sure the car was cleaned and explained what would happen over the course of the week to make repairs and cleaning of vehicle. It was all handled as he stated with no surprises (except good ones). He made sure to keep me in the loop each step of the way. I will definitely return to him when it's time to buy my next vehicle and recommend him to others. (This coming from someone who lives on the peninsula and is willing to drive to the south side to experience Checkered Flag's great customer service and southern hospitality.)

Bill Peterson was excellent to work with. My husband and I walked into Checkered Flag and knew what we wanted. It is not always necessary for a salesperson to "sell" a vehicle. Bill picked up on that with us. We told him what vehicle we wanted and told him we were ready to talk a deal. He listened to us and worked with us and his manager and had the deal completed in a matter of an hour and a half (from start to finish). We enjoy our Toyota Tundra and were very pleased with Bill's professionalism. We will definitely return to Checkered Flag to do business.

We found Allen Belanger very friendly and helpful with our selection of our 2012 Toyota Camry. A month previous to our sale, my husband was driving through "window shopping". Allen gave him his card and said when he was ready to give him a call. He felt no pressure for sales at that time. Because of the way he interacted with my husband then, we decided to ask for Allen when we were ready. We own 2 Toyota Camry's, and a Toyota Tacoma. Purchasing our 3rd Camry this time from Checkered Flag Toyota met our expectations hands down! I used the USAA Car Buying Service so had located the...

I used the USAA Car Buying Service so had located the vehicle I purchased on-line. We were overseas with the military at the time so this was an excellent way for us to locate used cars. I was able to contact Checkered Flag Toyota and schedule the appointment via email so they knew i'd be coming in to see the van. Allen Belanger was very friendly, helpful, and straight-forward which I appreciated. I test drove the van, the price was already set on-line and explained to me which I felt was fair. The process was smooth, and in under 2 1/2 hours I was driving away with the vehicle. Checkered Flag also agreed to repair some minor defects with the vehicle as it was a "certified" used Toyota. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership to any friend.

I bought a 2008 A4 Audi on June 23, it was hard to start...

I bought a 2008 A4 Audi on June 23, it was hard to start when I took it home. The next day the car would not start. I was in touch with the salesman, who told me the wheel had locked and how to unlock it. It did not unlock. The car was obviously not serviced for sale, the compartment was broken and the radio is not working properly. The salesman was not available on the 25th, the manager took care of the situation, I have yet to drive the car that I bought. I am very disappointed in Checker Flags. I do NOT have a definite answer regarding the broken compartment or radio.
