I have experinced the highs and lows of Checkered Flag and watch the company transform for the last 15 years into a great place to do business. The dedication to customer service has been very notable and they've earned my business, and in kind I have purched my last 3 vehicles from 2 different Checkered Flag dealerships. As in life, things don't always go perfect and when I had a proproblem with my recent purchase the TEAM at Checkered Flag Toyota went into action, not only resolving a very frustaiting problem that was factory related, but took the time relate and empathize with my problem. The team became creative in resolving my problem and maintained daily updates which was a relief. Michell my service manager was instrumental in that without her outstanding customer service things would not have gone well. I would highly recommend Checkered Flag Toyata for your vehicle purchase, ask for Jayson Rayner.

From the moment I started looking for a new car, Checkered flag has been great. The rep who called me to set up an appt was wonderful, as was the person who followed up to confirm my appt. When I arrived at the dealership Ray greeted me and was wonderful. When I found the SUV I wanted he was on top of servicing my needs. He assisted me with getting a great price despite my low credit score. This is my second automobile in 6 months from Checkered flag and I would strongly recommend to others.

I Have been to many car dealers and bought both old and new cars at various times. This is my best experience. No pressure, very co-operative and gave me genuie advice. I have no reservation in recommending this team Prices are competittive (Note I checked on the internet before going to them) So I am sure of the great deal that I received.

I’ve purchased many new cars over the years, several from Checkered Flag Working with Alex was top notch. I came to Checkered Flag only to see if I could enter & exit a Tacoma (I am disabled) Alex approached me asking if I needed help. I told him I only wanted to get in one & get out. He invited me inside since it was very cold & offered me coffee. He left to go fine a truck. Came back a few minutes later & said it was ready for me to try. We walked to the back & much to my surprise; he had staged the truck in the service Bay, which was very thoughtful of him. I was able to enter & exit the truck. I then asked Alex for his card because I was absolutely going to buy one within a week. He obliged & I subsequently found one on your website. We agreed upon a price via email, and the rest is history. Alex’s salesmanship style, thoughtfulness & courtesy was the primary reason I didn’t look elsewhere once I knew I wanted to buy a Tacoma.

This is my very first Toyota. The dealership was very helpful and friendly. I normally get great discounts when I purchase an american made car; but I didn't with a Toyota. They did give me Kelly blue book private party on my trade which I was happy with. I would strongly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Toyota.

After visiting other Toyota dealerships looking to buy a new car, we were pleasantly surprised at the friendly, no pressure approach of our salesman, James House, at Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach, VA. Other dealerships wouldn't negotiate price unless we were going to buy the car on that day. James House and his sales manager set a price with us and seemed comfortable with us going home that day so we could think about our decision and let them know the next day if we would be purchasing the car. We have friends who were equally pleased with their experience in the past and say they plan to return there for their next car.

Freddie greeted us outside the front door, with a smile and eagerness to help us find the car we were looking for. He did not rush us at any time, even thought it was about an hour before closing. He suggested that he could get us what we wanted if it was not present at that dealership. Even after we decided on the car of our choice, Freddie was patient and willing to see that we got a "fair" price that we could live with. He was a very nice person to work with. Thank you.
