I recently purchased a new 2012 Toyota Tundra from Checkered Flag Toyota. I was very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. I highly recommend contacting this dealership before you purchase. I drove down from Richmond Va & it was well worth the trip! Jim Fionnghael, the internet concierge is quick to respond! Mathew Rice, my car salesman, very professional, straight forward & not pushy! Josh Hamilton, sales manager, very professional, easy to work with, honest & up front! All are very knowledgeable & just an outstanding group of people to deal with! This dealership has a large inventory of vehicles & good prices! While checking in for my service appointment. I asked for an appraisial on my vehichle. A sales manager happened to be in the area and stopped by to give me his card and personal phone number. He crunched numbers all day until we were able to agree to terms that all of us could live with. My husband and I left with two new cars for the price of one. This was an awesome experience. We will do business with this dealership in the future.

I went to Checkered Flag with the intentions of checking out their sticker prices. A few hours later I left with my new 4Runner. The Sales Manager was a little rough around the edges... his first question was "Do you have an appointment?" I would have preferred a greeting like "How may I help you?" However, I ended up working with Bill Peterson, who was friendly and most importantly, was able to answer all my questions. I ended up with a great deal that included all the extras I wanted.

When I called Thursday morning about a black 4 door sedan for my daughter, I knew I would be buying a car within 24 hours from someone. I have been searching for a car for some time but had to wait for family finances. The important item to note is that Tegan did not know how serious I was. In the past, as a woman in dealerships in Baltimore, I was essentially told to come back when the decision maker is available. Tegan treated me with respect and willingly discussed safety and mechanical issues with me. I appreciated how quickly he came back with answers to my questions. Tegan worked hard to make this sale happen. My daughter is away at college and once she found out we had found a car for her, she wanted it immediately. Unfortunately, the next day was Tegan's day off. When I called the dealership Friday morning, Tegan was there and I knew that if I made the 5 hour round trip to Salisbury MD to get Melanie, that her car would be ready. The bottom line is that I was comfortable enough with Checkered Flag to let my daughter drive to Baltimore. Thank you Tegan, Richard Gmelin and the shop technicians. Lois Stickles

We have bought three vehicles from Checkered Flag Toyota and I will continue to buy vehicles from them in the future. The sales staff is great, and the service personnel are great. Robert Rosser, in particular, is a friendly very personable individual with a great personality. He maintained a professional demeanor and did not resort to high pressure. Terrence was the most easy going car salesman I have ever...
Terrence was the most easy going car salesman I have ever worked with. I called him up to tell him I sold my truck and to get the truck I wanted ready and that I would be in shortly. Well, my buyer had issues and I had to call Terrence to tell him that I wouldn't be in that day. He said, "no problem". I came in the next day to finish the deal. He was so helpful and understanding.
