My experience with Checkered Flag Toyota was outstanding. The sales rep provided me with quality service in timely and efficient manner. I was given the best price on a new Toyota Corolla. I enjoyed my experience with Checkered Flag and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

We received what we considered a very competitive...

We received what we considered a very competitive Internet price for a Toyota truck. Checkered Flag, by far, had a better truck selection than any other dealership. When we arrived at Checkered Flag, Mathew Rice was a breath of fresh air. The deal went quickly with none of the "salesman double talk." We were impressed.

Last contact with Dealer, Judge for yourself . To: Checkered flag personnel, I will be forward and to the point. Hopefully you are the correct people to contact to resolve this matter. I pulled your names as contacts from the better business bureau and dealerrater.com . Thus far I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of cooperation in addressing my concerns about warranties and insurance that was added to my recent purchase. When I was in the finance office to close the deal with Richard Gmelin, I was persuaded to purchase the Fidelity Care Plan. I trusted Richards verbal explanation on the revised sales contract and signed without reading it. The day of the purchase for me was quit an adventure. Finally, when it was time to close the purchased I was mentally exhausted. After going home and reviewing the paperwork , I realized a bunch of additional plans were added that I did not want. I took the time to read the fine print and was able to determine that I have 30 days to resend all the plans without penalty. The following day I called Terrence Blake which was January 12th . He advised me the person I needed to talk to was Richard but he was off. On January 14th , I sent a notarized letter thru certified mail to the attention of Richard Gmelin. It was signed for by CB. The package included the original insurance and warranty documents. The packaged also contained a notarized letter to void the warranties and insurance. On January 16th I received an invitation to fill out a survey via email from Terrence. I replied to Terrence for a request to follow up with Richard to check on the progress. No response. On January 23rd I called Richard Gmelin. I left a voice mail . No response. After reaching out multiple times, I have been avoided and feel my issue has been neglected. This certainly in my opinion tarnishes your reputation as being a 5 star dealership. At this point the 30 days are near. I shouldn’t have to go pass the 30 days and cancel the policies myself with Fidelity . I will allow till February 6th to see proof of some kind of actions on Checkered Flag in to resolve this matter. In the even I’m ignored yet again, I will file a complaint with the BBB and will take the time to give your company negative feedback on every blog and website associated with your company. This is really ridiculous to have to go thru all this trouble to correct a problem, especially since I was tricked into agreeing with. I won’t be buying from your company again, but at least correct this issue to avoid further aggravation and unnecessary wasted time. I look forward to prompt feedback. I also have several attachments to support the time line of communication . Message left for Christine Knowles, on 02/07/2013 . No return call .

Hi I am Gary Tanner me and my wife Amelia recently bought a Tacoma Jun Garvida helped us do that i admit we are hard people to deal with when it came to buying this vehicle, because we have bought prior vehicles from Jun and Checkered Flag and as usual we gote an excelent deal . i would MOST DEFINATLEY buy my next vehicle from Jun and Checkered Flag. Jun went above and beyond to find the vehicles we wanted and to close the deals. Oh yea there service department is outstanding as well. Anouther reason why i would go back.

I am not a car person, and I know very very little about...

I am not a car person, and I know very very little about cars or what is a good deal or not. Car dealerships as a whole just make me nervous, but while I was there Ray Aiden really was very helpful at helping me pick the right car for me. He was very calm and easy-going which made me feel more at ease with the whole process. I was very pleased with what I was offered for my trade-in value, and I got a really great deal on a new car. I would and will recommend my friends and family that are looking to buy a car to Toyota and to Ray Aiden, specifically.
