Alex Suarez I will recommend for promotion nothing else the reason why I deal with him I should get the 0% on july 9, 2012 Mr. J.Hamilton suppose to call in 10 minutes but no one called me until I called the following day july 10, 2012 but I missed the 0% on that day I connect to Alex Suarez, have no power to give the 0% instead 1.9% for 60 months also i will recommend this dealership for alex suarez only.

Terrence was great to work with. His product knowledge was impressive as he guided us towards the right car for our needs. We have a 9 month old baby and we were looking for a safe SUV that met our economic requirements and was large enough to tote all of the things that we need for our new addition. The process was quick and easy. It is comforting that customer service is still alive and well in the automotive industry. Terrence and Checkered Flag exceeded all of our expectations!

Jason was very attentive to me and my family. He was patient with my little kids and he helped me understand the differences between the variety of Toyota Siennas. He understood I had a budget and he was able to work within that budget. Any concerns I had about buying a new Sienna was quickly addressed by both Jason and Juliet. Juliet explained the importance of protecting my purchase so that it will last longer. I really appreciated the expertise Checkered Flag employee showed on the knowledge of Toyota vehicles. I'm definitely looking forward to sharing my experience with my friends and family. I would definitely recommend Jason Rayner and Juliet Parkman to any of my family and friends.

I am satisfied with the service provided by the Bill M. I love the car though the mirror adjustment key doesnt work right now. And it's a safety issue to me. I know the car is at wholesale price and given to us below the book value. But it would be nice if Bill exerted more effort to have it fix by checkered flag technician and address the concern. That to me is a great way of showing good care to customer.

Before I entered Checkered Flag, I had already spoken with Terrence Blake by telephone and was very impressed with his welcoming and informative attitude about my upcoming visit. As soon as I arrived to the dealership, I received a friendly greeting from Terrence before I even had a chance to inform the receptionist that I was there to see him. He was a great listener and took the time to hear all I had to say about what I was looking for during my visit. Terrence was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the details of my new Toyota Camry with ease. My family always jokes that I ask "a million and one" questions, but Terrence was so detailed, that I had very few questions to ask. I would definitely recommend that my friends and family go and see Terrence Blake at Checkered Flag Toyota because of the great experience I had there. Terrence is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. My overall experience was excellent. Thank you Terrence!

James was very helpful and friendly. My only concerns were the detailing performed on the vehicle. It was not up to my standards and asked for it to be re-cleaned. This was taken care of promptly while I was finishing my paperwork.
