Great experience! I consider myself a difficult customer...

Great experience! I consider myself a difficult customer with specific wants and Shea went above and beyond what I expected. My vehicle was not available in our area and she located one almost 300 miles away and got her sales manager to throw in some extras. She also kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from her again.

My experience was exceptional. Alex Suarez was a wonderful salesperson. His knowledgeable of the Toyota Camry was vast. He was able to answer most of my questions which were few because he explained so many features without my having to ask. When it came to pricing, he went to bat for me and I purchased my vehicle below the price I wanted. How often will that happen? He's a great salesman to have on your side when purchasing a car from Checkered Flag Toyota in VaBch. My whole experience was seamless-from purchase to financing to delivery. The customer service I received made me feel welcomed. Everyone was very friendly. If you're looking for an easy, seamless car purchasing experience, I recommend the Checkered Flag Toyota dealership and specifically Alex Suarez to assist in purchasing a vehicle.

The entire staff was extremely helpful, especially my salesmen Terrence Blake. They didn't try to jerk me around at all. Terrence was available whenever I needed him for a question and was able to get me in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible. Jason was an outstanding salesperson to work with. Not only was he friendly and honest, but very thorough and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. This was my first time buying a car and I had a wonderful experience. I felt like Alex gave me all of the information and help I needed to make sure I chose the right car for me. Ed was also really helpful and informative. Once I bought the car, Juliet came over to talk to us about all of the wonderful features we could get. She was very nice and full of energy! Then came the paperwork... I expected this to be awful and time consuming, but Richard made that experience pleasant and fun also. He was very peronable and was great at making us feel comfortable during the paperwork process. Overall my visit was spectacular!!! I love my new car and I will refer everyone I know, who is looking to buy a car, to your dealership!!!

James was very personable as well as knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in. It was felt that he was truely working on our behalf in trying to negotitate for the vehicle. He helped us acheive the price point needed which sealed the deal. I would definately recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I had a great car buying experience at Checkered Flag. As my first new car purchase, I was a little wary, but Bill Mulligan and the other folks at Checkered Flag were very friendly and welcoming. Bill in particular was very honest and up front with everything the whole time he was dealing with us. He was very concerned with making sure we found the exact right car that met all our needs, and we never felt pressured by Bill to buy something that wasn't quite what we wanted. He kept his word on everything and gave us a great price on our new Prius. We really appreciate everything he did for us, and we would definitely return to Checkered Flag the next time we need to buy a new car.
