I am 53 years old and for the first time in my life I drove away from a dealership knowing I got the best deal ever.I started out on the internet and was quoted a price out the door and agreed. I told them it better not be a bait and switch. The manager Ed called me an hour later to ensure i was in agreement on the price which i was. Icame in the next morning and the price was actually a liitle lower than quoted. We did the paperwork and of course wnt through different warrenties and protection which didn't take long and everyone was extremly polite,no hard sell. Jim the salesman was a great guy and me being retired Navy will even forgive him for being retired Marine. We even talked about getting together for fishing or golf. I have never went out of my way to glowingly endorse a dealership before but I have to give credit where credit is due. This best part is the price I got when all was said and done was about 1800.00 less tha 3 other dealers that gave me a quote. I will never go anyplace else for a toyota. And yes I am a real customer when I saw there rating I thought no way, but now I no why.GREAT JOB TO ALL JOHN, KNOTTS ISLAND NC

We drove 1.5 hours from home to this dealership as it was recommended by USAA. We had a price in mind, and Robert and his sales manager met our expectations. The process could always be "quicker". When you walk in the door with a preapproval, and know what you want... it still takes 3 hours, but they were very attentive. Robert was a very nice man, he even bought me a bottle of water. I would recommend this dealership to future Toyota owners.

This is my 3rd car from Checkered Flag. They must be doing something right since we keep coming back. James House Sr. was the best rep. we have delt with yet. He was laid back, informative and fun to work with. He showed me what I wanted to look at not what he thought I needed to look at. Being female, he unlike some other dealers I have worked with, didn't treat me like I was ignorant. I really liked that. I will tell everyone that is interested in buying a car to go to Checkered Flag and James House, Sr.

I came in the store about a year ago wanting the same car. Things on my end were not okay and I couldnt get the car. Now I am getting divorced and need my own car. From day one a year ago Ray has been the sales rep I go to. He has amazing knowledge of the vehicles, great attitude and willingness to work. I am extremely pleased that I was finally able to get my dream car and it is all thanks to Ray.

We have been very pleased with our Toyota RAV - the old one as well as the new one. Two of our friends have bought RAVs because (at least partially) of our recommendations. They were all very customer friendly. I was impressed by the straightforward and detailed manner in which they communicated both the service information on my old car and they sales information on my new car. I felt they were being very fair and honest, and that they were not trying to pressure me.

We went to this dealership last Saturday 7/7/12 in the early afternoon to just "test drive" a 4Runner. It had to be at least 100 degrees outside! We could not have asked for a better salesman. Terrence was extremely patient and professional. He had no problem answering all our questions and looking up information for us. He even moved cars that were boxed in for us to test drive or look at their interiors! Because of the incredible customer service we were receiving and not being "pushed" into purchasing a car, we asked Terrence to appraise our current vehicle for trade-in value. In the end, Terrence was able to get us the best possible value for our current car as well as our new car! Then almost 5 hrs later, we left with a brand new 4Runner! We were very pleased with how we were treated and the time spent with us at this dealership. We will definitely recommend this place to all our family and friends!

I found Checkered Flag to be the best Toyota dealership in terms of honesty, helpfulness, price, friendliness and expediency. Their prices were the best and they didn't play games or leave me at a desk waiting long periods of time while they checked on prices w/a manager, etc. I dealt with 2 other dealers and Checkered Flag was the best and definitely the most pleasant to work with. Ray was responsive to questions and concerns and easy to talk to. He always had the car i was interested in ready for me when i got there. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to sell me more car than what i needed.
