Bill was very knowledgeable. He was not pushy and answered all my questions.He showed me where I could get service and introduced me to people. He made sure that I understood everything that I was signing and really took his time explaining things to me.

I really enjoyed working with George Gunter. He was very helpful and friendly. I would defienitly recommend others to work with him. I'm very excited about my new used vehicle. George made the experience stressless. Thanks for a great sales experience.

Linda and I are repeat checkered flag customers. In 1993 Linda purchased a new 93 porsche, she drives it today and checkered flag services it. We brought a highlander in 2006 and it was serviced by checkered flag ( Bonnie). Over the years we have been pleased with checkered flag's proven performance. The sales staff is great especially George Gunter, a man of high ethics. George says what he is going to do and you can count on him to perform. He represents the dealership very professionally and at the same time gives honest, straightforward answers to all questions. Linda and I can not praise Mr. Gunter enough. He is a professional and we truly believe george would be an asset to any organization. The service department has done the service work admirably. We work with a lady named Bonnie and she is the greatest. You tell Bonnie something is wrong with the car and not only does she write it, she gets down there and looks for herself. We feel especially happy to have Bonnie on our team. Overall, our feelings about checkered flag are its a dealership we are proud to be associated with and we would and do recommend it to our friends. Lawrence was great on my first visit giving basic information and brochures, which were very helpful to review. Alex sold me car on second visit. None of sales staff was too pushy or insistent on sale. I really liked that because some places can be very intimidating. Sales staff provided good information, were knowledgeable, patient, helpful and reasonable. Jeannette was adorable and pleasant selling the add on stuff.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at this dealership. I had never bought a car before and was somewhat worried about being taken advantage of; however, that was definitely not that case. Everyone was very friendly and answered my questions and talked to me as well as the men that accompanied me at different parts of the journey.

I am very impressed with the customer service at Checkered Flag. After I brought the car home, I had trouble with a non-factory installed feature that the previous owner had added. When I called, I was told to come in as soon as I could. The sales manager escorted me to the service department and had them correct the problem immediately.

My experience was excellent. I have nothing but praise for Ray. He is an excellent salesman and I would recommend anyone to him. I don't normally write reviews however Ray's professionalism is worth commenting on. He totally respected my interests and did not put and unnessecary pressure on me.

We had a great buying experience with Checkered Flag. They had the vehicle we wanted on the lot and negotiated quickly to get us the price we wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful from sales to finance. Although we are waiting on a set of running boards to complete the sale, this has been a great buying experience so far.

I purchased used Toyota Highlander from this dealership. This is 4th car in my family within last 1.5 years and everytime we have worked with Jun. He is very courteous, professional, and understandable. Most of the salesman get upset if monthly installment we wanted are not working, but Jun never pushed us to buy. I have recommended few of my friends to him and everyone has a positive response about Jun. I highly recommend Checkered Flag Sales and Service Department. I always take my car for service there and work with Chris Maule(may be wrong last name). He is another gem in Checkered Flag Service department.
