if you are looking to buy a vehicle i highly recommend Checker Flag and Michael Morales. His Knowledge of toyota and his salesmanship was expectional and was able to answer all my questions from start to finish. He made the car buying process easy. I also want to say thank-you to susan and jim.

Ray Aiden was couteous and not overbearing. He was available to us and aswered our questions. We did not likehaving to hear the sales pitch regarding undercoating and paint protection. Also did not like the whole pitch regarding extended warrantees etc. It was like an exercize we needed to go thru to get our car.

I had an accident which totaled my Toyota Highlander, so I set out looking for another one. I ended up at Checkered Flag where Robert Rosser helped me. He was very patient with me as I considered all my options and called him often with questions. He went out of his way to be helpful. Because of him, I had a very good buying experience with Checkered Flag.

Michael was attentive to all of of our needs and requirements. We strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota to ask for him directly. Normally we purchased Honda's and Volvo's in the past, but his salesmanship and empathy towards our real needs has made us happy Toyota owners for the first time. Kudo's to Dionne as well.

George Gunter was a wonderful person with whom to deal in buying a new car. He was highly conscientious in contacting me when cars I might be interested in came onto the lot (but didn't call so often as to be off-putting). Mr. Gunter always returned my calls promptly, answered my questions, and offered to adjust his work schedule to fit my needs. He worked to give me a fair price on my car, explain my options, and let me know what would happen and decisions to be made at each step of the process. He seemed honest and down-to-earth, and was extremely helpful throughout the experience. I would go back to George Gunter to buy another car and would recommend him to others.

This dealer has great customer service. Mike Morales is very prompt at responding to questions and concerns. Making customers happy is obviously of the utmost importance to the salesmen and the dealership as a whole. I would highly recommend Checkered Flag Toyota.

Dealing with our salesman, James House Sr, and with Checkered Flag overall was a very pleasant buying experience. James and his colleagues are very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Sienna) and all aspects of the process. He reliably and promptly followed up on everything he committed to, including taking our phone calls when he was not at work. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly, including the service and rental department team who cheerfully accommodated our need for a free loaner while our new vehicle was being prep'd, and offered us a full tank of gas to make up for a minor inconvenience when our car was delayed and we had to return a little later than planned. These folks understand customer service! We wholeheartedly recommend James House and the Checkered Flag Toyota.

I visited several dealerships in the area and all had comparable pricing. The discriminator for choosing Checkered Flag was the willingness of the salesperson to give honest pricing over the phone. Other dealers insisted I visit their dealership. Those dealers took as much as 3 hours of my time to give me the same information the Lawrence was willing to give me over the phone in 5 minutes. It was a great, low pressure experience.

Came to Checkered Flag after first visiting Priorty Toyota. Checkered had what we were looking for and they were honest. We were told some untruths at Priorty. The lower rating for Quality of Work is because on a few scratches on the passenger door that we were told were being fixed and were not. Also the detail job was not the best. Bill and Suzanne have been great and yes we would recommend the dealership to friends that may be in the area.

Sales person was not pushy at all, which was a big plus. He knew his stuff and let the car sell itself. The business person, named Stacy, was also helpful in working out a better interest rate, and explaining how many things I actually needed. Much better than Charles Barker.
