I was looking for a used certified vehicle and test-drove 7 different SUVs from 4 different dealerships. Bernard understood what I was looking for and called me as soon as the 4Runner I purchased arrived at their store. At no time did he pressure me but he obviously listened when I explained what I wanted (more than I can say for the salespeople from the other dealers.) This experience has been a great one. My sale person Ray Aiden has been very honest with me from the time I walk walked in the door. He explain my new Venza to me very well and I would refer people to this dealer ship because all the people were nice, repectful and very welcoming. Michael was a great dealer to work with. He didn't push you unlike most dealers. He worked fast and was very friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. I will use him again for our next car purchase. I wish i could say the same for other parts of the staff at Checkard Flag Toyota.

Jim Bowman was an extremely experienced salesman, and was very friendly. If we were to buy another Toyota in the future we would definately return to him for a saleman, as well as Checkered Flag. The Checkered Flag staff as a whole was friendly and we were in and out of financing without the long waiting that has came with the past at other dealerships.

This is our second Corolla bought from this dealer. Our salesman, Mr. House, was wonderfully patient and helpful in explaining the features of the XLE. This was no easy task since we have not purchased a new car for eight years and were not knowledgeable on all the updates and bells and whistles. He guided us through the buying process expertly. My only criticsm was that the financial process took too long considering that this was a cash deal.

The people that I worked with were very helpful in answering my questions about the car that I wanted to purchase. They were very pateint and helpful while I was designing and picking out the parts for my Scion. They took their time to insure that I got the color car I wanted, they even went as far as ordering one from a different dealer for me. They gave me a point of contact for the leather for my seats, and provided prompt service in installing all my extra parts.
