Great experience overall. I love my new vehicle!! Jim Bowman was extremely friendly and the dealership is incredible. I appreciated their service, courtesy, and overall friendly attitude. I am very satisfied with my experience at and with the dealship and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Jim was very helpful and informative. He is on top of his game and I would recommend him to anybody. He also wasn't pushy which i really appreciated. I'm not a patient person and he did beat around the bush. I left the dealership extremely satisfied!

Freddie was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful without crossing the line into "pushy." My wife and I told him when we first met with him that we were only researching that day and would not be making a purchase. He honored our wishes and did not try to rush us into making a decision. When it came time to purchase our vehicle, the negotiation went very smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Freddie to anyone in the market for a new car.

I LIKED THE WAY THAT THERE IS NO PRESSURE FROM THE SALESMAN,I TOLD MR PETERSON WHAT I WANTED AND HE SHOWED ME WHAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD AND WE WENT FROM THERE. ALSO I LIKED ALL THE YOUNG "HONEYS" THAT WORKED THERE.I LIKED THE WAY THE SHOWROOM,PARTS DEPT AND BODY SHOP ARE ALL IN THE SAME AREA. FRED MEYERS

Mr. Peterson answered every question or went to find someone who could. He didn't hard sell (which I hate) and gave me time to think when I needed to. I called upon him to do some of the financial person's duties because I liked his approach, so he just went to get those answers instead of nudging me to the next person.

I know I gave the salesperson a hard time while looking for the best deal for myself but he kept his cool and a nice attitude and did the best he said he could for me. We returned on a Sunday and he was not there but someone else helped us through everything because the rebate was expiring. Apparently, my son-in-law's parents were also impressed as they returned on Sat. afternoon to buy a hybrid after my son-in-law purchased a new truck that morning. I would always use Checker Flag for both purchase and service. This is the Third car that I have purchased and had serviced by Checker Flag. They always follow through with great customer service. Other dealers in the Hampton Roads area do not support their customers after the sale.

I went to Checkered Flag Toyota because they were the only dealer in the area that had a selection of the car I wanted to buy. Herbie greeted us as we arrived and was very honest and to-the-point. He checked everywhere for all the models with the features I wanted, and took my offers seriously and dealt very directly. I have been in touch with Herbie a few times with questions and he has always been helpful.
