The experience at the dealership was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. Everyone answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. I don't think I have ever bought a car that quickly. Usually it is so long and drug out that I have always hated to go to shop for a car. Thanks to Mr Aiden I did not mind my shopping for a car at all. In the future I hope I have the opportunity to buy a future car from him. When you ask him a question he answered it right away. I stopped by the dealership on Friday and he was the first person to greet me and introduce himself. I ask him for some books to go over until the next day when my daughter would be bringing me back. As soon as I walked in the door on Saturday he was there waiting. He remembered my name and that really impressed me. I hope I have a chance in the future to deal with him. Everyone I met was very friendly also. The car was on the showroom floor and everyone moved quickly to move the car out so I could test drive it. The customer service I received was outstanding. The price of the car was exactly what my daughter wrote down and gave to Mr. Aiden and he discussed it with his manager and a deal was made. I had a very enjoyable car shopping trip. Thanks to everyone who I encountered for making my day. I love my Toyota Yaris.

Stephen was great to work with in finding a truck for my family and I to have. He answered any of the questions and concerns we had dealing with the certified warranties. The overall experience is one I haven't dealt with before. It was fast, everything was visible and not hidden, and they worked with in the budget we were looking to be with in. Michael Yuan was great. He was very knowledgeable and had a laid back manner that put me at ease while working with him. He knows his product and if there is anything he doesn't know, he will find out. I feel like we paid the right price for the vehicle we got. During my lesson on the "bells and whistles" of my car, Michael was patient and never made me feel rushed. I would certainly recommend Michael and Checkered Flag Toyota to a friend who was looking to buy.

We started our search for a new vehicle a last week. I've wanted a Rav4 since I rented one after an accident a few years ago. My husband did not like it at all. I talked him into looking again after some of the other cars and small SUV's we looked at. Thankfully this time he loved it as much as I do it's just larger and more luxurious. It's got all the bells and whistles. Freddie was just so easy to work with. The entire team at Checkered Flag was fantastic! They seriously went far above and beyond what any other dealer was willing to do and believe me we tried. We shopped the best deal and Checkered Flag beat it by $800! They went out of their way yet again to secure exactly the Rav4 that I wanted. Freddie took the time to walk me through all the options making sure I knew how to use them. He's called and emailed to check up on our satisfaction. It's easy to understand why my family has been Checkered Flag customers since they opened their doors as a Motorcycle dealership in the 1960's. We drove from North Carolina for our Rav4.

Mr Suarez and the finance agent were professional,friendly,&courteous.buying a car is very stressful.They made the experience as enjoyable as it could be, with no unpleasent surprises or disappointments. I will definitely buy my next car from them again.

My sales person Michael Morales was great from start to finish. He didn’t have the overly aggressive approach that most customers dislike. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and overall very efficient. He answered all our questions and if there was something he was uncertain about, he would get assistance from one of his very friendly coworkers. Jennifer assisted us financially with finding the best rates on the market. All the staff that I came in contact with was very professional, friendly and upbeat not to mention the fact that by the time we were done it was close to midnight.
