Never again!
Deceived by my salesperson with ‘fluff’ and now no one cares. Toyota customer care, Checkered Flag dealership, salesperson....the attitude of “too bad” will make sure I NEVER purchase a Toyota again. My first and last! Trust and treatment speak volumes which I did not receive after the ‘fluff’. And if it wasn’t fluff, then my salesperson knew very little about the car I was sold nor did she really listen to my number one concern. She could have easily said I”I don’t think this vehicle is the right one for you” if she had been knowledgeable about what the car offered. Can’t wait to get rid of this car and it’s not even two weeks old.

Friendly service
Mr. Fredie was easy to talk to, and he did his best in helping me find a car that I wanted. He wasn't forceful about any sales, and he told me I could take my time in the process.

Professional and great service
Mr. Fredie was very friendly and helpful in my search for a car. I was originally looking at used cars for my budget, but there were new cars that had great deals that couldn't be passed up. Mr. Fredie did not pressure me at any time during my time there, and I felt very in-control of the car-buying process. It was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this dealership, especially Mr. Fredie 's services, to my friends and family.

Disappointed
After purchasing 3 vehicles from Checkered Flag Group over the last 12 years (2 new), I had been impressed with the professionalism and ease of purchase. So much so, that I have sent many folks to your dealerships when in search of a new vehicle. Today was no different. I recommended Checkered Flag Toyota to a friend and accompanied him to the dealership where he wanted to purchase a new 2020 Tacoma. We were greeted and assisted by Jessica, who was pleasant, helpful, and professional. With test drive completed and pricing specified, my friend was given the trade offer by the appraiser. It came in at half of the lowest KBB appraisal amount. Having an understanding of the CF "no haggle policy" on vehicle PRICE (NOT TRADE), my friend inquired as to the possibility of getting a few hundred dollars more for his trade. Jessica excuses herself and returns with either the General Manager or a Senior Team Leader (Michael or Josh ?) who explains to my friend that "nothing can be done with the trade offer." This was NOT a deal breaker, but his arrogant and condescending demeanor WAS. His curt response: "Were they not advised of our no haggle policy???" (to the Salesperson)... I said that, we are well aware of the policy (again, I have purchased 3 vehicles from CF, and like that aspect of the sale) but that we were simply asking if it was possible to get slightly more for the trade. That's all. The price was "no haggle", we get that. But all we asked was could they come closer to even the KBB low end ? His response: "No, that would be haggling wouldn't it???" and walked away. No "have a good day", no "excuse me", nothing. Just turned away and stormed off. His whole demeanor was one of "why am I being called over here ?" "why am I being bothered with this ?" We never asked to speak to a manager (or whatever his "title" was), we just asked the sales person if they could come up a few hundred dollars on the trade. That's it. THAT attitude and demeanor killed the deal. My friend had planned to step outside and discuss it. He was ready to move forward even with the low trade. But that encounter with THAT person in a leadership role killed it. This was an ALL cash deal. $36K cash. My friend had the check ready to write. No financing needed. The OUTCOME: We went to Charles Barker Toyota. Was offered twice the amount for the trade and matched the price. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY - we were treated with respect and not in an arrogant and condescending manner by someone in a leadership role. After 3 purchases, and many referrals to Checkered Flag over the years, I will never step foot inside a Checkered Flag store again. And I will tell anyone in need of a vehicle exactly why that is. Great buying experience
Salesman Robert Cameron was great, with no pressure. Experience at Checkered Flag was much better than my last experience at that other local dealership where it took 5 hours to complete. I was in and out in under 2 hours.
