I just had a very good experience with these guys. I leased a new car. The salesman Kellan was great, young guy and a real gentleman. The sales manager Mark was even better. Very informative and dare I say honest. I would recommend this dealership.

Service department is absolutely awful! They NEVER answer the phone to give you updates on your car, forcing customers to DRIVE there in person. Our daughter's car has been there off and on since February 2025 and is now getting it's SECOND engine. General Manager - Nate Green - also doesn't return phone calls. When he finally answered the phone and spoke with us, he was unapologetic for the struggles we've had and for the abysmal customer service at the dealership. We went IN PERSON to check on our Tucson - has been there this time since September 22. The service person got our name, went to the back room, came back out front, ignored us and asked the NEXT person in line if they could be helped - ignoring us as we stood there. The service people say they have vehicle "loaners" to give out but we have NEVER gotten one and the car has been worked on several times since February! They lie, refuse to back up their work with an extended warranty for what they've done - and are TOTALLY 100% UNAPOLOGETIC - NEVER APOLOGIZED - Nate Green, General Manager, actually said the dealerships "can't" do that - only Hyundai sets the warranty on parts and you "get what you get". Horrific!!!

I worked with Frank McKanobb when I stopped by to look at the GV80 a week or so ago. It was the day after the last big snow we had and he was in a great mood the whole time. Didn't seem bothered or annoyed that he had to scrape ice off a car for me for 15 minutes before I could drive it. I apologized a few times, but he seemed genuinely glad to help me. I would recommend Frank to anyone who is looking at a Genesis or Hyundai in Nashua area. Your professionalism throughout the process was appreciated.

I went with this dealership because a sales agent was recommended to me, and they had the car I wanted to buy in stock in allegedly good condition. I should have known better and canceled the sale the minute I saw that they were about to send me home in it with the brake fluid well below the “low” line—which is super dangerous!!—but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just missed and let them fix it. They very obviously never inspected the car before they sent me home in it either, because a day later, I discovered the windshield wipers were completely worn down with rubber flapping around everywhere. That is such a basic thing that it would have failed inspection for, they couldn’t even check the freaking wiper blades before selling the car? And here is the part that is just so mindblowingly ridiculous—no, it’s not the fact that I had to bring it back to the dealership after 4 days to have the battery replaced because they sold it to me with a broken battery, which also happened. It’s also not the fact that they tried to sell it to me with less than half a tank of gas and the electric battery having zero charge. THEY NEVER EVEN CLEANED IT BEFORE SELLING IT TO ME. TWICE. Sure, they vacuumed it and gave it a nice little surface-level once-over. But they completely missed the ketchup smudges all over the ceiling and sunglasses visor, the DISGUSTING clump of what I can only assume is dried ketchup and hair in the center console, dirt everywhere, etc etc etc. They sold me a car that was absolutely nasty, and when I brought it back for repairs, it was supposedly re-detailed because I was upset that it was never cleaned. I was assured it was reconditioned thoroughly, but that was a complete lie, because it took me two seconds to find the nasty dried ketchup and hair and the smudges and the dirt in the doors and all over the entire car. The general manager Joe had literally nothing to say about why the car was allegedly detailed twice but still covered in some of the nastiest stuff I’ve seen in my life, just that I could wait for him to personally take it to go get actually detailed but he didn’t know how long it would take and it could take hours. Are you kidding me??? They knew I was coming in to buy it 2 days beforehand, and they had the car in their possession for 5 days for the repairs, longer than I’d even owned it when I had to bring it back. And they couldn’t just ACTUALLY CLEAN THE CAR either of those times?? Now the agent who sold me the car has stopped responding to my texts. I am so completely over this dealership. How they maintain customers and a reputation is absolutely beyond me. Oh, and another thing—when my brand new car had to be repaired less than a week into owning it, they begrudgingly gave me a loaner car, which also hadn’t been cleaned and had a weed vape pen sitting on the driver’s seat when I went to drive away. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever, under any circumstance. They are Murphy’s Law personified in the form of terrible car salesmen. They don’t pay any attention to detail and don’t care about quality, and they certainly don’t care about anything other than their bottom line. I am so over this nightmare experience that was supposed to be a good thing. Thanks for ruining that for me, Nashua Hyundai.

I needed help upgrading my car on a lease and I couldn’t have gotten better service and help than I did from the people here. Everyone was so helpful and nice and knowledgeable and I was so happy leaving with the exact car I wanted at my ideal price point!

My lease was coming due and I shopped around at all different dealerships and ended up back at Nashua Hyundai. Not only did i get a great deal but great customer service as well. David Ritter went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience ever! He was knowledgeable, professional and had a great personality, He made was could have been a stressful experience into a relaxed one. I will definitely return for my next car!
