Shaker's Family HyundaiReviews
Shaker's Family Hyundai review
I bought a new Sonata yesterday. Andy sold it to me and he was just wonderful! He was so helpful in giving me options and helping me to decide which car was best for me. I was nervous about all the technology the car had and he answered all my questions. I was also reassured by him telling me that I could come back anytime with questions and they would help me. This is the second car I bought from them. I highly recommend Shaker's!

AutoNation Honda 104 review
I've bought a lot of new cars over the years - this was the best experience I've ever had. I ended up buying a Honda CRV Hybrid from them and love it. They supported my buying process (which included looking at other cars/dealerships) and they advocated intelligently for their product. I found the suggestions and feedback they provided on other models to be fair and accurate. The next time I go to buy a car, this dealership is the first place I'll go.

Drove from NC beacuse of the great deal and no hassle! One of the easiest vehicle purchases I've made. No back and forth. Drove there signed papers and walked out. Thanks again to Brian for all the help.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Crossroads Ford Wake Forest review
I originally purchased my f150 at Crossroads ford and have has service a number of times. Always quick and fair. I recently had a recall notice for a possible transmission issue and a mobile technician came to my home and completed the repair in 30 minutes. I previously contacted a different Ford dealer in my area and they said that my zip code was not in their service area. They are 12 miles from my home and Crossroads is 20 miles. I would recommend Crossroads Ford for sales and service.

James Dudley was my service advisor. He was friendly and very professional. He checked me in and walked me into the waiting area. He told me it would take approximately a little over an hour and he was right. He came and got me and checked me out. This was a free oil change so I was very pleased with the service and James Dudley!!!

First of all I take my vehicles there for all my maintenance, yes even the ones not made by toyota because of the great customer service there. Everyone greets you with a heart warming smile and you are made to feel right at home from the time you enter the parking lot. My favorite employee is Shane Hewitt he is hilarious he has a great sense of humor he is very knowledgeable about the place and I have been by there many times and if he ever has a bad day I sure can’t tell it his bubbly personality lights up my day every time I wish I had even a portion of his sauce. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new ride to stop by

DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at DARCARS Fairfax! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt confident and comfortable throughout our car-buying journey. A special shoutout to Kelly Vafadar, our sales consultant, who provided outstanding service! Her attention to detail, ability to clearly explain the key features of the Volvo we were considering, and genuine care made the process seamless. Kelly’s wealth of knowledge and attentiveness ensured my family was comfortable every step of the way, and her proactive approach to addressing potential issues was greatly appreciated. The General Manager, John, also took the time to personally address our concerns, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care. Together with Kelly, they resolved every issue, leaving us completely satisfied. Ryan in finance was equally fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and working within our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to this amazing team, we drove away not only with a great car but also with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and caring hands. I am proud to be part of such an amazing community. I’ll definitely be returning to DARCARS Fairfax for our next upgrade. Highly recommend!

AutoLenders WilliamstownReviews
AutoLenders Williamstown review
The vehicle I bought at Auto Lenders was the third car I bought from this dealership and Chase. I had a positive experience here and would definitely go back with my next car purchase. I highly recommend Chase as the salesman, as he makes the experience comfortable and I did not feel like I had to look over my shoulder the whole time. Very positive experience.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.
