The truck was being repaired. When I left the truck, I asked Sarah for an NC Safety inspection so I could renew my registration, a copy of the front-end analysis report and to replace the air filter in the driver/passenger compartment. When I picked up the truck, Sarah provided the requested documentation and advised that I had to check out with Johnny in the Service Department. It was a collaborative effort between Sarah and Johnny. It was well done. When I visited Johnny, he not only reviewed the alignment documentation but also asked if I wanted to use my Ford points to pay. This was a positive customer service interaction. Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Our Salesman, Mark Hickman was very patient, professional and caring. My daughter & I were not rushed even after we changed the car we originally came in for. Mark had the car pulled out and placed under the Service dept awning prior to us getting there so we were not out in the hot sun. When we asked to see the other car he gladly assisted us. The sale went smoothly and my daughter ended up with a car she just loves. We sat with Carlos, the Sales Manager as we completed the process. Carlos answered any questions we had and was courteous and professional throughout the transaction. Mitsubishi dealerships are getting fewer unfortunately and this dealership is not that convenient for us to travel to, however after the service that was provided the little bit of inconvenience was well worth the trip!

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

I live in California and bought a truck from these guys sight unseen, 1,400 miles away. I emailed fifteen dealers around the country looking for a very specific configuration. Nine of them couldn’t answer a direct question in five days. Craig Johnson answered four of mine in about ninety minutes, in writing, including the ones most salespeople dodge.. Andrew Johnson sent me three of the four things I’d asked for before I even followed up, and he coordinated the whole pickup with my transporter. Lisa in finance took on a cash purchase titled to an LLC and registering in California, which is the annoying version of that job. When I came back with questions on the paperwork she didn’t get defensive, she just fixed it and had a corrected set out the same day. Best price in the country on the truck I wanted, and the only dealership out of fifteen that would just answer the questions. If you’re out of state and hesitating, don’t.

My salesperson Josh was awesome. He listened to my needs and helped me find the right vehicle. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and very organized from the start to finish of buying my Santa Fe Hybrid. The reason for only four stars was because of Josh, the sales managers. I decided not to buy additional warranty or gap insurance for the vehicle. After working with my salesperson exclusively Josh the Sales Manager stated that he has to send my salesperson "on an errand" but he wanted to know why I didn't want the additional coverage. It seemed odd to me that while in the process of buying a $43,000 car the salesperson would suddenly have to complete an errand but it is what it is so I told the sales manager my reasons. After a few more minutes another person arrived at the desk asking why I didn't want the additional coverage. This person didn't give their name or title, but I told him after saying no three times I was ready to leave and not buy the car. Suddenly Josh my salesperson returned and the new vehicle transaction was completed without issue. 2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.
