Negligence on repairing my Kia Sportage 2020 while in warranty then after a few more repairs with same issue engine, Burning oil, spark plugs misfiring. Now it’s out of warranty and knowing it’s a manufactured problem, they did not assist further. No more Kia purchases for me. Very unhappy consumer.

Had a really great experience purchasing our car with McGrath. James and Adam were great to work with and were respectful of our busy schedules by not constantly communicating with us. I highly appreciate the patience they showed us because it took a few visits for us to find the right vehicle. Based on other dealerships we visited, I felt their prices were very fair and they were easy to work with. I had other dealerships that were deceitful about the price of the vehicle or flat out told me that they didn't "offer discounts". James and Adam were willing to work with us to get the best deal for all parties.

Wes was attentive, listened to all the information I gave him, & thoroughly answered my questions. I was unaware of a recall but Wes was able to let me know and work that into my appointment as well as my scheduled oil change and was also able to let me know what all the recall entailed and how it would be repaired.

I contacted four KIA dealerships about a vehicle purchase in April 2023. Jason Murley, of McGrath responded the next day. We traded e-mails for about a month where Jason promptly answered all my questions. He made suggestions, but never pushed anything. Ordered the car in late May 2023and Jason said it would be about 6 months for delivery. Jason notified me in early November 2023 that my car would be available in a couple of days. We completed the paperwork via US Mail, including mailing McGrath a check for the car. We drove from mid-Iowa to McGrath dealership on November 27. It was the first time I had met Jason, or had been in the dealership. Jason demonstrated the vehicle functions and we drove the car off the lot. We had one issue with the options on the car, but that we satisfactory resolved to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with or experience dealing with Jason.

I am absolutely thrilled to provide an update on my recent experiences with Pat McGrath car dealerships. Having been a loyal customer who has purchased not one, not two, but three cars from their dealership, I felt compelled to share my recent journey, which, though initially challenging, turned into a truly exceptional experience. Once my concerns were brought to their attention, they went above and beyond to completely rectify the situation, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Pat McGrath's team acted swiftly and decisively to address my concerns. The dealership's management, including the general manager, Mark Updegraff, and the used vehicle sales director, Mason Schultz, were both amazing and took my feedback very seriously. They immediately offered to fix things. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to making things right and ensuring my satisfaction. They recognized the importance of providing me with a vehicle that suits my needs as a disabled Army veteran. They have not only addressed the issues I encountered, but have also taken steps to ensure that such situations are less likely to occur in the future. While my recent experience initially left me disappointed, it's their swift and effective response that has ultimately and completely restored my faith in their dealership.
