I’ve been trying to get vibration issues fixed for the
I’ve been trying to get vibration issues fixed for the last 5-6 years on my Silverado 1500 4x4 and now my extended warranty is out and still no fix and it has less than 60k on it GM quality control is non existent and they know it but don’t care because they are like all the other car companies and they engineer them to hopefully make it out of the warranty period so they don’t have to fix the junk they sold but most don’t make it out of warranty before they start giving trouble. Just to be clear it’s not the dealerships fault it’s GMS because they won’t allow them to admit anything is wrong in the first place. Brian Ellis in the service department went above and beyond but in the end the problems still weren’t fixed. Imagine that GM used to be a xxxx good company but now it’s a xxxx joke like all the rest of them
