Brought my car in for an alignment and tire rotation
Brought my car in for an alignment and tire rotation today. Didn't know I would be needing a brand new tire due to damage. Seth took care of me, assured me the tire would be covered under my warranty,. He kept me up to date the whole time and got me taken care of quicker than what we had anticipated. I told him my situation and he immediately knew what I needed so my husband and I could have dependable transportation to keep our jobs. We are very grateful to Jim Norton Toyota and the people that hold thier office there. I wouldn't hesitate sending people I know to Jim Norton because I know that they wouldn't be disappointed.
