Very personable and professional service is what I expected and received from Robert Blocker, the sales rep who made my purchase of a 2017 Camry a pleasurable experience. Never felt any pressure and all my questions were answered. Let's face it, purchasing a car is not very high up on our list of favorite things to do, but this experience was a breeze. Two Year Service Visit
I had a very good experience. Was met promptly by a friendly young lady who showed me to my service agent. He and I discussed the work that was to be done and then I was off to the nice waiting area where I ate a couple of complementary cookies. In no time at all I received a phone call from my service agent informing me my vehicle was ready to go. Couldn't have went better.

Lovely experience buying my new hybrid
I very much enjoyed my experience with Jim Norton Toyota. Their sales staff member was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car -- much more so than another dealership I visited during my car search. It felt like a real conversation and not like she was reading from a script entitled "How to sell a car" like it does with many sales folks. It was a much more pleasant sales experience than usual. The folks on the business side were also great to deal with, but I did feel the dealership puts too much emphasis on not letting people leave without purchasing a warranty. Quite frankly, they were so insistent (while remaining polite and friendly -- it was clear that convincing me to get the warranty was a big part of their training) that that part of the process made me a bit uncomfortable. I did appreciate their willingness to be flexible on the price of a warranty, but I felt the pressure put on me to purchase it was slightly excessive. I did appreciate the particular approach they took, appealing to me with the results of research rather than just relying on consumers' fear of surprise expenses or the thought of going carless.
