My story: When I arrived on Wednesday in the late

My story: When I arrived on Wednesday in the late afternoon, I was greeted with a radiant smile from service writer Amarie. She listened to every detail of my issues. I need to add that I am 76. She took control, diagnosed the issues, and got back to me the next morning Then she navigated a maze with the extended warranty carrier, not easy at all. Her team did everything they could to accommodate me. I even had Service Manager, Jonathon, speak with me to make sure I was happy. Impressive young man! Today is Friday, and the dealership sent Rick to pick me up. He has worked for the Utter family fo decades! My 2010 Town Car was fixed. They went out of their way to find discounts. What a pleasure! Blake Utter has established a caring, customer-centric business in Denison, and it has become the company's moniker. I stopped by, chatted with Blake, and told him so. Previously, I had purchased nine vehicles for my family from his late grandfather Bill in Denton. I know where Blake and his Dad, Bob, learned customer service. Hats off to the Utters! Jim Patrick

BAD SERVICEMEN

Very unprofessional and after $1000 the problem I have is worse!!!! Pretty much told they have no clue!!The customer service from the service dept. was beyond bad, so I spent $1000 to have a worse problem!!!

Help me get my car fixed

Please do not trust this dealership. They do not stand behind the car after the sale. Most Ford's have multiple recalls on them. You will wait months and months to get your undrivable car back. Run as fast as you can!

Great to work with!

Highly recommend Jesus Alvarez and this dealership! No pressure, relaxed atmosphere that made for a smooth transaction. We told him we were coming to look at a truck after work and he had it pulled up on the front ramp as if it were the most important vehicle on the lot. It's the little things that set places like this apart. They now have loyal customers in us!

Great experience. Hassle free.

Was friendly and prompt. They didn't argue with me about wearing a mask (both they and I wore masks). Easy financing, had the paperwork done when I decided to buy and was out of there within15 minutes.

Great friendly service

I found a vehicle online, they contacted me via email, answered my questions, I test drove it Saturday and bought it Monday. I am very busy person, so i was very happy with the the easy purchase, and speedy sales people.

5 stars isn't enough compared to other dealerships

*********** Mark Edward's deserves more than 5 stars. At 65 I've bought many new cars and this was easy, fast and everyone was fantastic. Very, very professional, absolutely no pressure. Best car buying experience ever. Be SURE to say hello to Ginger too. Compared to other dealerships an honest 10 stars **********
