BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had an appointment to test drive a 2018 GMC Sierra. Although I contacted David three times before arriving at the dealership, they “loaded out the vehicle to another customer just before my arrival”. No heads up, no courtesy call, nothing. It gets even worse. I gave them a second chance on a 2020 Sierra 1500 SLT X31. However, for my efforts Jeff tried to jack the price up 2 k over advertised sale price after I test drove the vehicle. If you go too this dealership DO NOT take your wife or kids cause they are always looking to screw somebody. You know its bad when you would rather leave Jupiter and drive 2.5 hours to Waco and spend more money, than try to make a deal at Jupiter Chevrolet. But got a 2021 with only 2700 miles for same price Jupiter tried to sell me a 2020 with 44000 miles.

Bait and Switch?
I am not sure about the other sales professionals at this location but please do not deal with Anthony Arreaga. He likes to play with words to confuse you. I know I was asking for a steep discount on a Silverado and if the answer was no, then the answer was no, but instead, it seemed like a bait and switch. I presented a car online and a price I would be willing to pay. He called and said he couldn't do it on the one I asked, but I can do it on another one, which wasn't true. I was looking at a $37,000 Silverado and he tried getting me in one that was $42,000.

BEWARE. Fraud is written all over this place.
This is a dishonest dealership. Will fraudulently sell what they can. Buy a car elsewhere as this may be an expensive error. This dealership is more about volume than quality. Beware. Will put up an act and once you buy, it turns into a different story. Do your research!

Awful service after the sale
Jupiter Chevrolet doesn’t care at all about their customers after they get your money. Very dishonest and I wouldn’t give them another penny of my money if they offered me the best deal ever.

Dishonest business practices
This dealership tried to slide in $1400 worth of non disclosed fees and would not disclose what they were for or remove them off the price of the vehicle. They also tried to force a $200 fee for Etching the door frames on me that I did not want. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you decide to do business with them look over all your paperwork very carefully with a calculator.
