this time Johnny was the face of Ford Westway awesome service. Always on time, and always great enviroment if I decide to wait. I love when I'm immediately acknowledge, and Johnny was great in keeping me informed of what was he doing in the computer or on the phone to provide great service.

Johnny Crecy is my go-to guy at Westway Ford Service. He is always willing to "go the extra mile" to insure my service jobs are completed successfully as well as on time. He will get individual technicians involved to insure a correct diagnosis of my problem. This helps to insure the problem is resolved correctly.

Johnny Crecy has always taken care of my service on all of our companies super duty trucks. He has always been helpful and knowledgeable allowing for our trucks to get in and get the service they need and out as soon as possible.. Such a great guy to deal with!

I took my car in because the check engine light came on. Just like anyone these days, my schedule is jam packed and I needed my car issues resolved quickly. Although Tim explained that were backed up, he would make sure he handled things as fast as possible and he did exactly that!. Tim kept me informed along the way and I had my car back within 24 hours. Tim Myers was friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional.

I took my service to Westway Ford a couple years ago after going to another Ford dealership in Dallas for 12 years. I was looking for good service, and I wanted to see the same person on each visit. John Crecy was recommended, and I have not been disappointed. He is professional and personable. He follow ups regularly if I'm waiting on service, and he updates me frequently if I drop my car off. If he says he will call, he does. He is knowlegable and trustworthy.

I bought my Ford Expedition at another dealership and became very unhappy with thier service. I came to Westway and really like the way the treat you and address your needs. I will continue to come to Westway and use Johnny Crecy for my service advisor.

Westway Ford took care of me from start to finish. What I like you can see the work being done. Some dealer take your car to back for a oil change & tire rotation , you don't know if they are rotating your tires are not. The customer service was excellent and friendly . Will go back for oil changes.

Love this place. From day 1, at the time we purchased our vehicles we have been blown away by the staff at Westway. The staff is excellent. They have always treated us with respect and kindness. We highly recommend Westway.
