Waste of time

This dealer has used vehicles listed on Cars.com and their own dealership website for false prices. If you see a car that is listed on their website or Cars.com they misrepresent the trim of the car and the price. I wasted a couple hours with a salesperson on a used car and then when we spoke about number the manager sent him to me with the car at full price from website plus $2995 add on to their listed price and called it a market adjustment. Will gladly share all information provided to me if someone would like to see. LOL.> STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP>>>

We found a perfect vehicle at a good price.

We found a perfect vehicle at a good price. We actually were planning to purchase the car sight unseen, drive up to the area for an event and pick-up the car during our visit. We spent all day back and forth on phone, email and text. Passed off to multiple sales reps. They first suddenly increased the price of the car, then "honored" the original price only to add $2995 as a "dealer loyalty program" for their services (who does this?!?) . No services or incentives offered with this "program" but rather for their procurement & conditioning of the car. Conveniently, this charge was the price difference from the "honored" price. Told them to delete the line item, match the interest rate like they promised and then suddenly there is no room for customer service. We ended up not purchasing. Never have we ever encountered this type of dishonest sales practice and terrible customer experience in the years we’ve bought new or used cars! Found all over the internet that this dealership practices up-charging their customers like this regularly! Read your offers and make sure you don't get scammed by this dealership!

Amazing sales experience.

Amazing sales experience. Jon was clearly interested in my being happy with my purchase. Low pressure but heavy on finding the right fit. Great personality, treated me like a valued customer even though I didn't finance here. Highly recommend buying your car from Jonathan.
